Elizabeth Ho is a baker, recipe developer, and writer. Through Birdhouse Bakeshop, she explores the interplay between memory, nostalgia, and pastry; baking as a bridge between self and story, place and people.
My work celebrates the flavors of my childhood and Chinese-Malaysian heritage, layered with seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and botanical charm. I believe baking can be both playful and meaningful, and that sharing something handmade is a profound act of care.
Currently available for cakes and pastry for events, weddings, recipe development, workshops, and other creative collaborations.
My time is split between Vancouver and Edmonton, Canada.
